- Physical Products: Farm produce and handmade items may vary in size, color, or appearance due to their natural or handmade nature.
- Digital Products: E-books, guides, or other downloadable content are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
- All orders and payment processing are conducted by AllMyBusiness LLC (Switzerland) on behalf of Kimbumbu Shop.
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be completed in full before shipping or digital access is provided.
- 20% of all profits from sales are directly allocated to support the Kimbumbu Farm Project in Zombe, Kenya.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in case of payment errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Physical products are shipped within Kenya (and internationally where possible). Delivery times vary by location.
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Digital Downloads
- Upon purchase, you will receive a download link by email or through your account.
- Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device, or software.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Refund requests can be made via our contact page.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Kimbumbu website (text, images, logos, and digital files) is the property of Kimbumbu Farm unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Liability
